From survival mode to self-trust
You may have been in therapy before. You may understand your history, know your triggers, have tried EMDR, tapping, mindfulness, or other approaches. You may have learned a great deal—and still feel like nothing has fully come together.
Maybe therapy helped you name the problem, but you are still living with the same reactions, relationships, overwhelm, or self-doubt. Maybe sessions felt disconnected from your real life. Maybe you were given tools, but no one helped you understand when to use them, why they were not working, or how the pieces fit together.
This six-week program is a place to step back, look at the full picture, and build a more complete understanding of what you need moving forward.
Core therapeutic pathways
You are not the problem. One approach may simply not have been enough for what you needed. Let’s look at the whole picture. You may have tried therapy before and still feel like something is missing. Maybe you have learned helpful tools, gained insight, or worked in one approach, but the changes have not carried into everyday life.
Our work brings the pieces together. We look at your experiences, stress patterns, nervous system, relationships, emotions, and the tools you have already tried—then identify what still needs attention and what may help you move forward.
Depending on your needs and clinical appropriateness, therapy may include trauma-informed talk therapy, somatic approaches, interactive hypnosis, emotional processing, practical coping skills, and support for integrating insights from other treatment experiences. The goal is not to force everyone into one method. It is to find an approach that makes sense for you.
Somatic nervous-system regulation
Tune into physical triggers, expand your window of tolerance, and learn to pause and soothe your nervous system before reacting.
Trauma can affect how the body responds to stress, emotion, memories, and everyday situations. Somatic nervous system regulation helps you notice what is happening in your body, recognize when you are becoming overwhelmed or shut down, and practice ways to return to a steadier place.
This work can support trauma therapy and may be especially helpful for people preparing for, receiving, or integrating ketamine treatment.
Compassionate shadow integration
Understanding the parts of you that learned to protect you
We all develop ways of protecting ourselves when life feels unsafe, overwhelming, or painful. People-pleasing, perfectionism, overthinking, withdrawal, and emotional shutdown are not personal failures. They may have been ways you learned to cope.
In this work, we look at these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we explore what they have been protecting, how they may be affecting your life now, and what it may look like to respond differently.
Clinical Hypnosis for Self-Trust & Healthy Boundaries
Reconnect with the deeper parts of yourself that learned to stay quiet, accommodate others, or disconnect. Clinical hypnosis, parts work, and somatic therapy can help strengthen self-trust, release old patterns, and create healthier personal boundaries.
Reconnecting to your grounded self
Healing is not about becoming a different person. It is about gently reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have had to become hypervigilant, accommodating, or disconnected in order to cope. Across six weekly sessions, you will discover steady emotional grounding, greater self-compassion, and deep internal stability.
What may begin to shift
While every therapeutic process is unique, participants frequently gain deeper insight into relationship dynamics, clear language for their emotional boundaries, reduced self-blame, and confidence in identifying emotionally safe environments.
