I offer integrative, trauma-informed hypnotherapy for individuals who find themselves repeating familiar emotional or relational patterns, even when they’re deeply motivated to change. Many people have insight into what they want to do differently, yet notice their responses, reactions, or choices don’t always follow their intentions.

What Hypnosis Is (and Isn’t)
