In couples therapy, I draw from multiple approaches to support healing and growth. You'll learn to regulate your nervous system and manage stress together, practice nonviolent communication for heather dialogue, and take accountability for patterns that keep you stuck. I also integrate shadow work and parts exploration to uncover disown aspects of self helping couples reconnect, rebuild trust, and strengthen intimacy. I help couples regulate reactivity and calm their nervous systems through mindfulness, breathing exercises and somatic therapy. These practices support partners in moving out of the fight- flight -freeze response so they can pause, listen, and communicate with greater clarity and care.
